CINC Manager has undergone a complete redesign and rewrite to offer users the ultimate experience in recording and tracking Violation Inspections and Work Orders. This new app, which will replace the current CINC Manager+ app, has been created based on feedback from clients and User Experience Design experts.

CINC Manager is an integrated application that seamlessly works with CINC Systems for Violation Inspections, Work Orders, and ACC Requests. With CINC Manager, users can access, monitor, and update CINC Systems data in real-time. This all-in-one app eliminates the need for printed reports, notepads, cameras, and pens, as all the necessary information is readily available on-site.

Existing Features:

• View, update, or create new Violation Inspections and Work Orders on-site with real-time access to your CINC Systems data.
• Communicate via email directly within the app for improved visibility and reduced phone calls.
• Attach photos to Violations and Work Orders using your device's camera or photo library to enhance understanding and eliminate confusion during correspondence.
• Easily escalate or close Violations and close completed Work Orders.
• Access closed Violations and Work Orders, as well as view the status of ACC requests, for informed decision-making during inspections.
• Re-open closed Violations to continue the process seamlessly.

New Features:

• CINC Manager is now a universal app that can be installed on both iPad and iPhone.
• Search functionality throughout the app for quick access to desired information.
• A redesigned Work Order experience that includes pre-approved vendors for easier vendor assignment (for Portfolio Management users only).
• Dark and Light Modes for a customizable app experience.
• CINC Manager can now be used offline, allowing users to download necessary information ahead of time and perform inspections without network connectivity. Upon reconnecting, inspections can be synced back to CINC Systems. Users no longer need to download a separate app to go offline.
